Emerson Electronics Systems & Solution Group decided to build capacity in its key players to lead and manage in a variety of settings – as project managers, people managers, and as team members.  They engaged Bos Solutions to develop and deliver a day-long workshop focused psychological safety – its powerful impact on teams along with evidence-based ways to foster it in a variety of settings.  All participants left with an individualized execution plan to apply to a specific team they were a member of.
