Cape Cod Healthcare

Cape Cod Healthcare sought a consistent approach to building management and leadership skills across all levels of its office and hospital-based staff.  A recent scan of the organization had indicated strong interest in building skills to effectively align teams, set expectations, provide feedback, coach and develop staff.  They engaged Bos Solutions to design and deliver a workshop with examples tailored to admin and clinical settings.  All participants left with an individualized execution plan to apply back on the job.
