When the new CEO arrived at the helm of this Commercial Real Estate association, he wanted

to understand where the chapter stood. He asked Bos Solutions – as a neutral outside facilitator

– to gather thoughts from staff, members, leaders, and partners via interviews and focus

groups. The resulting report showed the chapter’s strengths as well as areas where they could

improve, along with new opportunities to add value for members and the industry at large.
