International Refugee Committee

IRC was looking for a skilled management and leadership facilitator to deliver its middle

management curriculum worldwide. Participants would be global, from almost every continent

and culture. For 4 years, Dana Bos delivered this week-long workshop in Dubai and the US

along with follow-up peer learning groups. The 6-month process led to marked improvements in

management skills as measured byfeedback from their teams.
